Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this resort. On one hand, the views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking, and it truly felt like a getaway for nature lovers. The staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, even arranging a cake for us. However, the room we stayed in wasn’t in the best condition; there were signs of neglect that made it less pleasant than I had hoped. Overall, it was a nice stay, but the maintenance really needs attention.
My stay at this hotel was really mixed. While the location was surrounded by stunning mountains and perfect for nature lovers, the overall experience was disappointing. The rooms were spacious, but the lack of maintenance and cleanliness really stood out. On the plus side, the staff went out of their way to make my anniversary special with a cake; the food was delicious, and the dinner by the bonfire was a delightful touch.
This hotel was a huge disappointment. While the sprawling grounds and large rooms had potential, the lack of maintenance made everything unbearable. The elevators were noisy and outdated, the walls were peeling, and the toilets were absolutely disgusting. It became so bad that we left without even using the bathrooms. However, I did recently enjoy a different hotel that blew me away with its amazing service and food, especially for our anniversary celebration, complete with a gorgeous mountain view and a surprise cake.
The resort has a beautiful setting surrounded by mountains, which made our anniversary celebration truly special. The food was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised when the staff arranged a cake for us. However, the overall experience lacked professionalism, and there were a few areas that could definitely improve, including more attention to room aesthetics.
